With what's happening lately surrounding the city's controversial mayor Rob Ford, Black and White processed version made more sense. Which one do you prefer?
The black & white evokes more emotion. With the starker, almost ominous imagery I would say it has a very negative vibe. The colour shot is the Old City Hall I remember well.
